What data does this website collect?
This is a static informational website. It does not collect or store any personal data on its server: cookies, analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), advertising pixels and tracking scripts are not used. The site has no registration, no accounts and no database.
How does the contact form work?
The form on the Contact page does not send data to the website. It only prepares the text of a WhatsApp message — when you press "Send", you are redirected to your own WhatsApp app and send the message yourself. The name, phone number and note you enter go directly to the doctor's WhatsApp number, not to any server of the site owner.
What is your data used for?
The name and contact details you share via WhatsApp or phone are used only to contact you and arrange an appointment time. This data is not shared with third parties and is not added to marketing lists.
Medical confidentiality
All medical information you write to the doctor or share during a consultation is medical secrecy protected by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Protection of Public Health" and is kept confidential.
An important note about WhatsApp
WhatsApp conversations pass through Meta's infrastructure and are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Keep this in mind before sending particularly sensitive medical documents — if you prefer, you can hand over documents in person at your appointment.

The site contains links to external services: WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Each of these services has its own privacy policy; when you follow those links, their rules apply.
